Please find below the Acton BID Update newsletter which includes:

Please complete the questionnaire attached and send it back to us or ask Action Acton to collect it.  We would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete at least Part 1 (Questions 1-8).  Action Acton, Acton Business Forum and the Town Centre Rangers will be contacting your business over the next few weeks and can help you complete the questionnaire.  If you would like to discuss the questionnaire please call Sue Jollands or Marta Masiulaniec on 020 8993 9605. We can also arrange for someone to come and answer any queries you have and help you with the questionnaire.  

We particularly want to know what you think about a BID for Acton and if you want further work to progress it.  By saying YES to question 1, you are NOT agreeing to a BID.  You would be given much more information, a business plan will be provided and a Ballot will be organised before a BID could go ahead.

Part 2 of the questionnaire (Question 9 onwards) will tell us what you would like included in the BID Business Plan.  Action Acton will be inviting you to meetings over the next few months to discuss the BID and what should be in it, so completing Part 2 is optional but will help us to understand what you feel is important.

I do urge you to support further work on a BID for Acton, as I believe it is the only way businesses can start to get their needs addressed and make Acton a much better place to do business.
